Silver Bear Martini

1 1/4 oz Silver Bear Vodka
1/4 oz Dry Vermouth
Ice
Lemon Twist

Shake over ice. Strain into cocktail glass. Garnish with lemon twist.

Silver Bear Gimlet

1 1/2 oz Silver Bear Vodka
3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice
3/4 oz Simple Syrup
Ice
Lime Twist

Shake over ice. Strain into martini glass. Garnish wit lime twist.

Silver Bear Vodka Collins

1 1/2 oz Silver Bear Vodka
3 oz Sweet and Sour mix
Seltzer
Ice
Cherry
Orange Slice

Mix and top off with seltzer. Garnish with cherry and orange slice.

New England Bloody Mary

1 L Tomato Juice
4 oz Lemon Juice
4 tsp Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Smoked Paprika
5 tsp Horeradish
3 dashes Worcestershire Sauce
7-10 dashes Hot Sauce
(or use Bloody Mary Mix)
Silver Bear Barely Filtered Vodka
Celery Stick
Lobster Meat (optional Shrimp)

Mix 2 parts Bloody Mary Mix to 1 part Vodka. Garnish with celery and lobster.

Silver Bear Mule

 1 1/2 oz Silver Bear Barely Filtered Vodka
3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice
Ice
Ginger Beer
Lime Wedge

Mix Vodka and lime juice over ice and top off with ginger beer. Garnish with lime wedge.

Shake over ice. Strain into martini glass. Garnish wit lime twist.

Berkshire-ito

2 oz Silver Bear Barely Filtered Vodka
1/2 Lime cut into 4 wedges
10 Mint Leaves
2 oz Simple Syrup
Ice
2 oz Seltzer

Muddle Vodka, lime, mint, and simple syrup with a mortar. Add ice and top off with seltzer.

The Tangled Wood

2oz Silver Bear Raspberry Liqueur
2oz Fresca or San Pellegrino grapefruit soda
3-4 blackberries 
1 lemon slice
1 sprig of rosemary

Add blackberries to the bottom of a rocks glass, fill with ice, add the raspberry liqueur, top off with Fresca and garnish with a slice of lemon and a sprig of rosemary.

The Berkshire Breeze

1 oz Silver Bear Vodka
1 oz Silver Bear Raspberry Liqueur
2 oz Seltzer
4-5 raspberries
1 slice of lime

Add raspberries to the bottom of a rocks glass, fill glass with ice. Add vodka and rapsberry liqueur, top off with seltzer, garnish with a slice of lime.

Kir Royal

1 oz Silver Bear Raspberry Liqueur
Champagne or sparkling muscato (depending on your sweet tooth!)

Add liqueur to the bottom of a flute, fill with champage and garnish with an orchid.

Raspberry Cosmo
1 oz. Silver Bear Blue label vodka
1/2 pz. Silver Bear Raspberry Liqueur
1/2 oz. lime juice
1/2 – 1 oz cranberry juice to taste
Lemon peel twist
Shake over ice in cocktail shaker, strain and pour into martini glass, garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
Mapletini

2 parts Silver Bear blue label vodka
1 part Silver Bear blue label maple liqueur
Maple candy

Shake over ice in martini shaker, strain into cocktail glass and garnish with a maple candy.

Berkshire Caipirinha
2 1/2 oz Silver Bear Maple Liqueur
1/2 lime, quartered
seltzer
ice
Quarter and sqeeze 1/2 lime into a rock glass.
Add ice, Silver Bear Maple Liqueur, top with seltzer. 
Maple Russian
1 oz. Silver Bear Blue Label Vodka
1 oz. Silver Bear Maple Liqueur
4 oz. Cream
Fill a rock glass with ice, pour drink over ice and stir.
Berkshire Stormy
1/2 Lime
2 oz. Silver Bear Maple Liqueur
3 oz Ginger Beer
Squeeze lime (cut into 4 pieces) into bottom of a glass. Add liqueur and beer, stir. Serve with ice and a lime garnish.
Maple Manhattan
2 oz rye
1 oz Silver Bear Maple Liqueur
Luxardo cherry
1 stp cherry syrup
ice
Place cherry in the bottom of a martini glass with the cerry syrup.
Mix rye and Silver Bear Maple Liqueur, stir over ice and strain into glass.
Espresso Martini
1 part Kaffe Coffee Liqueur
1 part Silver Bear Blue Label Vodka
ice
In a cocktail shaker, over ice, shake Kaffe and Vodka.
Strain and serve in coup or martini glass.
White Russian
1 part Kaffe Coffee Liqueur
1 part Silver Bear Blue Label Vodka
1 part whole milk or half & half
ice
In a cocktail shaker, over ice, shake Kaffe, Vodka, and milk/half & half.
Pour into rock glass and enjoy.
Cassandra's Warning
1 part Kaffe Coffee Liqueur
1 part Sambuca
1 part cold brew coffee
ice
In a cocktail shaker, over ice, shake Kaffe, Sambuca, and coffee.
Pour into rock glass and enjoy.
